4. Review basic poetry terms and where poetry comes from
5. Found poem activity
Pick an animal you like and read about it. Pick 10 words, or phrases about the animal that you speak to you, that you find interesting, moving, funny, sad, important etc. Write them down. Then arrange them in an order that makes sense to you. Add/take away words to make the poem make sense.

For the final evaluation for English First Peoples 11 & TV & Film 12 you are expected to have done the assigned work in class, which should be emailed to me or handed in your folders. However, the majority of the final mark for these classes will be based on the following final evaluation pieces. These must all be completed and meet the minimum expectations for the learning outcomes to receive a passing mark in each course.
